CheckWriter™ support is available at no charge by
telephone, fax or
eMail for the first 30 days if you are a registered user.
After 30 days, telephone technical support becomes "pay per
call," while technical support via eMail and fax remain
Free For the Life of the release.
Telephone support incidents after 30 days will bill at $20 base
rate for the first 20 minutes and $55 per hour thereafter.

Include the word "CheckWriter" in the
subject line, and be sure to include your order number and
contact information, along with a detailed description of your
issue. Response time is typically 1 to 4 hours by email
during regular business hours, and 24 hours on weekends and
holidays.
