• How can I apply and how long will it take?
  To complete the last step, just order the package and the application.  Once we receive it, you will be contacted by an underwriter.  Once we receive your returned application with fax or original signature, we can have your account set up in about 5 business days.

• Is my application fee refundable?

• Is poor credit, or new business status a problem?
  No way.  We approve almost everyone regardless of past credit. Even a bankruptcy will not necessarily prevent your approval. When you are approved, we guarantee you the same low discount rate, regardless of history.

• What about leasing options?
  We offer a tax deductible, lease-to-own plan for all software, terminals, and virtual terminals. The lease has a 10% buy out option at the end.  Leases are for 36 - 48 months.  Leases my be paid off early without penalty, but must be paid in full. The current Authorize.Net $299 special does not have a lease option, only outright purchase, as the price is so low.
  
  
  

• Can I use a computer to process the sales?
  You must process orders through your shopping cart or through your virtual terminal, which you access via a web browser.  To apply for a merchant account today, just order an application.
  
  
  

• What about customer service?
  Customer Service is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, at no charge. We are available for assistance, voice authorization, security, or to provide you with statement or account information.
  
  
  

• What does the discount rate mean?
  The discount rate is the percentage of each transaction that the processing company (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) charges to handle the transaction for you.  We have the guaranteed lowest discount rate.  Please note, Discover and American Express will vary from MC/Visa, but will be the same regardless of who you choose to process your cards.
  
  
  

• Can I process with only American Express or Only Discover?
  
  Yes you can.  If you don't want to apply for a MasterCard / Visa merchant account, you can easily take just American Express or just Discover, or even Amex and Discover only.  For info on this, click here.
  
  
  

• How quickly do I get paid?
  After closing your daily "batch", or when all transactions have been sent to the bank for the day, you can expect your funds to be available for withdrawal about 48 hours later in most cases. (With the Authorize.Net special, 120 hour settlement is available) 
  
  
  

• Can I get an account from my local bank?
  Most banks say NO to new business, small business, internet business and almost any non-retail situation.  Banks usually charge much higher rates than you can get on the Internet today.  Please feel free to contact your bank first, we do guarantee the lowest price.
