Procedure for Telephone Domain Name Registration.
register.yourfavorite.com / finitesite.com domain names:
Domain names registered through yourfavorite.com, finitesite.com, register.yourfavorite.com
and other affiliate sites are NOT refundable under any
circumstances. Names cannot be refunded even due to
misspelling. If the name was
misspelled during a telephone registration, a recording or
transcript of the
conversation may be requisitioned to determined the actual name
ordered by the customer. Replacement names, if available, will
be issued at no charge due to human error on the part of
yourfavorite.com if verifiable.
When following proper procedure for
taking a telephone domain name registration the telephone operator
will confirm the name to be registered by spelling back each letter
of the domain name. Acceptance of the telephone operator's spelling
by the registrant is considered agreement to the spelling of the
domain name.
All names will automatically renew for
the term of the original contract unless cancelled according to the
cancellation policy.
