technical support issues: If
you have an issue considered urgent and our daytime call center is
closed, you can still reach an after hours support representative
on-call. Only urgent issues
such as web-site outages that have been confirmed to be on the
server side, or other matters deemed as emergency should be referred
to an on-call representative. If
your issue is urgent and you page an on-call representative, you
will be asked for your credit card number and read a disclaimer by
the operator. If your issue is not urgent or not covered under
normal technical support, your card will be billed for the incident,
usually $55. If your issue is considered urgent and falls
under the emergency category, no charges will appear on your card.
