We offer a 30 Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer.
Please call customer service to obtain an RMA number (Return
Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days.

Hosting
Cancellations
Hosting accounts will automatically renew for the term
of the original contract unless cancelled in advance. New
accounts can cancel and receive a full refund, excluding
setup fees, if cancellation is received within 30 days.
Renewals will occur monthly,
quarterly or annually, depending on the original designation on the
account. Cancellation must be received for renewals 10 days PRIOR
to the renewal date. Once the renewal date has past,
cancellation is not possible until the next renewal date. There is
no grace period on hosting renewals.
Acceptable cancellation is an eMail
from the eMail address listed in your control panel, or a signed and
dated fax on company letterhead sent to cancellations@yourfavorite.com
or faxed to 617-249-0850. No other form of cancellation is
acceptable.
Setup fees are not refundable under
any circumstances.
Returned
Check Policy: Please note, all checks returned unpaid
will be assessed a fee, not to exceed $35 per instance.
