About the house: This house was built in 1920.  It is a two family
purpose built house with front and back stairs. The unit now for rent
was occupied for the last 60 years by the second owner of the house.
She kept everything in PERFECT condition like a museum. All rooms still
have their skeleton keys, and the wall paper is flawless. The kitchen
and bathroom were kept in immaculate condition and preserved perfectly.
