CheckWriter™
call-back telephone support is available at no charge for the
first 30 days on most versions for registered users. After
30 days, telephone technical support becomes, "pay per
call".
Telephone support incidents after the first 30 days, or
registered, out-of-contract, will bill at $20
base rate for the first 10 minutes, and $120 per hour
thereafter in 10 minute increments.
