for consulting, and $240 per hour for programming or development. After
hours, or emergency support or consulting fees are double. Paid
telephone technical support is a flat rate of $20 for a 10 minute incident, or
$120 per hour after 10 minutes ($2 per minute). Consulting rates do not include
travel, or other expenses which are additional.
Returned Check Policy:
